With the development of fundamental construction in China, the demands for aggregates and sands are increasing daily. And now we will introduce a model project of stone crushing plant in Qinghai province. Thanks to the development of western regions, the fundamental construction is being undertaken. Therefore, the mining stone crushing and sandmaking supply raw material support. And we will analyze the ?following classical project.

Raw material is river pebble with highhardness and its max. diameter is about 500mm. the finished product is 0-8mm, whichis used for concrete. Its capacity is about 120TPH. One special requirement isour customer want to separate the natural sand from ?the artificial sand forselling them in different prices.

The engineers of Shanghai ShunkyMachinery Co.,Ltd. made the design as follows: vibrating feeder GZD960X3800, jaw crusher PE600x900, and after the primary crushing stage, one set vibrating screen YZS1860 will help separate the different sizes, and the material abovethe top deck of screen will be sent to the middle hopper. And the ?aggregate in the middle hopper will be sent to the cone crusher CS160 for the secondary crushing. The sand 0-8mm will be washed by the sand washing machine and the material 8-35mm and those from cone crusher will be sent to the sand making machine for the tertiary crushing. And the suitable sand will be sent to sand washing machine, the others will be fed back to the sand making machine forfurther crushing.

This sand making plant is reasonable design with high capacity and it meets the requirements of motor power,capacity and working site layout.
