How to Debug the Sand Making Machine in the New Sand Production Line
With the depletion of natural sand, artificial sand has become the mainstream of modern sand production. The relevant equipment-sand making machine has been popularized in the market. Shanghai Shunky puts forward the following guiding or suggestion as for the debugging of sand making machine.
Before installing the sand making machine belt, we must ensure the motor wiring is correct and the voltage is normal, and then the motor could start working. The rotation should be completely the same with the label direction of sand making machine (i.e. from the material inlet, impeller counterclockwise rotation). If it is opposite direction, we should examine motor is connected with the line, making its rotation to be completely same with the label direction. The rotating in the opposite direction is not allowed. Then we need to check impeller and clean and remove the foreign matter as early as possible. Next we should check whether the lubricating oil pipe is connected firmly or not and add lubricating oil again before commissioning to ensure the comprehensive lubrication in all bearings.
Like other dressing equipments, we need to adjust different parts of sand making machine before operation and test-drive, and the successful commissioning could ensure normal operation. For dual motor drive, the motor spindle assembly and both sides should be respectively connected same number V bands. V belt tension in both sides should be adjusted to the same and straight. Check all parts of the connecting piece, and ensure them solid and reliable. Then we need to check impeller and clean and remove the foreign matter as early as possible.
