Artificial sand is in accordance with national standards
With national policy and high pace of construction, natural sand is no longer able to meet the needs of China's modernization. In recent years, the increasing construction urges the supply of sand. Now the most of sand in the market called manufactured sand, which is also known as artificial sand .
Recent years, some questioned the quality of artificial sand because of the dangerous events. In fact, the quality of artificial sand is absolutely reliable. Compared with natural sand, artificial sand has greater advantages (such as low cost). And artificial sand is entirely in accordance with the national standards which is the reference to the latest standard GB/T14684-2011 "to perform high specification artificial sand.
Currently, the standard name of GB / T 14684-2011 " building sand " changed to " building sand " from February 1st, 2012. The revised standard used in construction, also develops a basis for artificial sand in recent years.
According to national standards , building sand was divided into three categories according to the technical requirements : Ⅰclass , should be used for concrete whose strength grade is greater than C60 ; Ⅱclass, should be used for concrete whose strength grade is between C60 and C30 ; Ⅲ class, should be used for concrete and building mortar whose strength is less than C30.
For the development of recycling economy, carrying out resource-saving and environment-friendly society, Shunky introduced a mechanism to meet the needs of the times. Sand making plant is a special equipment for making artificial sand.
