Maintenance Knowledge of Sand Making Machine
Sand making machine is suitable for crushing and sharping soft, medium hard and extremely hard materials. It is the ideal equipment to produce artificial sand, cushion material, asphalt concrete and concrete aggregate. The maintenance instruction of sand making machine:
1. Periodically open the check door and check the internal wear condition, including center feeding tube, cone hat, upper and lower runner lingings of the impeller, circular guard plates and wearable blocks. The worn ones should be changed or mended as soon as possible. Pay attention to keep the same weight when changing wearable blocks. It is strictly prohibited to unfold the door of the machine to check inside when operating to avoid danger. Ask manufacturers to repair timely when finding the impeller body worn. It is strictly prohibited to make impeller without the consent of the manufacturer.
2. When operating up to 400 hours, the sand making machine should be lubricated; up to 2000 hours, the main bearing inside the machine should be cleaned; up to 7200 hours, the main bearing should be changed.
3. The tension force of transmission triangle belts should be adjusted properly to ensure that the triangle belts can be grouped selected and have the same length in each group. The difference between two motors’ currents shouldn’t be adjusted more than 15A.
4. The sand making machine is a high-speed equipment. So when operating, pay special attention to the danger and the staff should be far away from the equipment. The power must be turned off when repairing the machine.
