How to extend the using life of sand making machine from Shanghai

more careful for its daily use maintenance.
1. For Shanghai Shunky Sand Making Machine, when it runs 400 hours, please add proper amount of grease. When it works till 2000 hours please open spindle and clear bearing pairs. Normally when working time comes to 7200 hours, the bearings should be replaced.
2. To ensure energy-efficiency of Shunky Sand Making Machine, the tension force of driving bead apex should be adjusted well in order to make bead apex in uniform stress. When double motor drive, bead apex in two sides should be divided into groups and match in order to make length in each group be as uniform as possible.
3. Lubrication of Shunky Sand Making Machine belongs to dry oil lubrication. The added amount is 1/2-2/3 of the bearing cavity. After shift, we should add moderate lubricating grease.
4. In operation process of sand making machine from Shanghai Shunky, the violent vibration and abnormal noise are not allowed. If so, please stop machine and examine.
5. When discharging equipment of sand making machine stops, we should stop feeding. Or else, it will cause impeller crushed and the electric motor burned.
