1. Check the wear situation of sand making machine’s spare parts regularly. Change or repair the spare parts after wearing. Ensure that the weights of wear plates are the same. Don’t open the observation door to see the working situation when the sand making machine is working.
2. Ensure the vee belts tolerant evenly by adjusting the tensioning force. When double motors are used, the length of each set of vee belt should be the same. Adjust the motors until their electric current differs in 15A.
3. Inject some lubrication oil every 400 hours. Open the main shaft and clean it after the sand making machine using 2000 hours. In general, change the shaft after working 7200 hours.
Special note, sand making machine is high-speed when it works. So do not maintain it when sand making machine is working.
