How to Remove the Rust of Sand Making Machine
Many clients reflect that the sand making machine rust after long period of wind and rain. Now the technical personnel tell you some methods to remove the rust.
1. Traditional chemical rust removal: it is remove the rust through making the acid and metal oxide produce chemical reaction to remove the rust of sand making machine. This kind of rust removal can be only operated in plant.
2. Sand blasting. It includes open-type sand blasting machine, closed sand blasting chamber, vacuum sand blasting machine. Open-type sand blasting machine is more widely used in rust removal of sand making machine. But it has bad effect on environment.
3. High-pressure water abrasive rust removal. It does no harm to environment and steel plate. The rust removal efficiency has been improved. But the steel plate which has been rust removed will rust again easily.
4. Impeller blasting. Its principle is that the high-speed impeller throws abrasive to the surface of steel plate to remove the rust of sand making machine. It has low cost and high automaticity. But it can be only operated in room.
