1.     The hardness of the raw material. More hardness, more wearing will be brought to the sand making machine, and so follows the decrease of handling capacity of the sand making machine.

2.     The feeding size of the raw material. Due to the max feeding size of sand making machine is 35MM, so if the raw material is too big, the handling capacity is bound to decrease.

3.     The discharge size of the raw material. If the user needs the finer sand, the possibility of secondary crushing is bigger, so the handling capacity will decrease.

4.     The wetness of the raw material. More wetness, more possibility for the materials adheres to the sand making machine, so that will also influence the output of it.

5.     The percentage of powder of the raw material. If the raw material contains many powders, they should be screened first; of they will adhere to the sand making machine.
